There really is no other way…
There was a factory making canned tuna. Inside the factory was this unbearable fishy smell. But, the manager insists on producing more cans non-stop. So the fish waste piled up and eventually all workers get sick and dropped dead including the manager!
The human body is a fascinating chemical factory. When you have certain thoughts, it triggers your body to produce certain chemicals. Then you feel a certain way. The chemical can smell like fragrance, but it can also smell like rotten fish. And it’s really hard to get anything done living in deadly smells.
Why can’t we stand the smell in our surroundings, yet allows it to smell inside?
This is an attempt to persuade you to consider taking care of your mood first before acting on anything. Why? Because mood actually plays three important roles in your life from different perspectives.
- Your mood is your true goal: Any action human take is to eventually make themselves feel good.
- Your mood is your best strategy: The right mood gives you the highest chance of success in the following action.
- Your mood is your momentum: Good moods lead to good actions lead to good moods. The laws of attraction bring you the corresponding thoughts, people, and opportunities you need.
How to do it? There are a million ways. But it always follows the same mechanism.
That is, if you are human, you function in this way just like me:
Your thoughts shape your moods.
And your moods shape your thoughts, too!
And since you only have direct control over your thought, that’s where you can start!
More on personal experience & reality, the basis of your thoughts, next.
