Take this: what if there is NO SUCH THING as a toxic person?

A perspective BOMB goes…
“People are causing pain to each other, not because they are good or bad. They are just ignorant of the ways of life. Isn’t it?” — Sadhguru
Feel that?
What does that mean?
Let’s first address where the toxicity comes from.
If a person wants to experience joyfulness, it requires the utmost attention to their own body, mind, and energy. Yes, that means a lot of work and I bet you it’s worth it. The first task is probably to believe they can create their own life the way they want it. Many other steps follows, but we will leave it for another day.
Given that, however, many people focus solely on the externals, their possessions, and the environment. Will money, power, and fame make you happy? While you have yet taken care of yourself?
People don’t radiate pleasantness if they are not pleasant beings.
People cause misery not only to themselves but to others around them. This is not because they are good or bad people. They are, simply, ignorant of the ways of life. They might say, “Yes, I know there’s probably someone out there who is wise enough to deal with this situation.” While they also say, “Heck that’s not me. I deal with it in my way. Actually, I will do whatever comes first in my mind. Fuck consequences.”
They don’t know what they are doing. And that is okay.
Keeping this in mind will help you see people’s dilemma in both their struggles and potentials to thrive. Change the perspective to see not a toxic person, but a normal human being just like you and me.
